This particular Christmas I’ve started to rethink the way that I “buy” for people. Due to the circumstances of this years turn of events, it feels somewhat silly to be purchasing endless amounts of material goods, especially when so many people around the world are suffering. So I started to think about the things that I would have really wanted for Christmas if I were in a state of extreme suffering. And I came up with the Concussion Christmas List.
I’ve composed a list of some of the most helpful things I’ve had in my arsenal from my experience that could change the life of someone beginning their journey to recovery post concussion.
